Shkumbin ‘Bini’ Mustafa
Founder, and lead in all projects
Hi, I’m Bini — a strategist, storyteller, and competitor at heart.
I’ve worn many hats — journalist, editor, digital consultant, fashion brand manager, and multi-sport coach — but the common thread has always been this: helping people and organizations stand out with courage and clarity.
As a handball athlete, I’ve won 7 U.S. National Championships, made history at the World Club Championship in Saudi Arabia, and became a champion in both Canada and Kosovo. Also represented Team USA in international competitions. I’ve also been a tennis champion in Kosovo and continue to coach as a certified PTR instructor. Sports taught me how to lead, compete, and build lasting teams — skills I now bring to every brand I work with.
Today, I address our client's business challenges and help founders, executives, and companies uncover what makes them remarkable — then craft bold, authentic brand identities and digital strategies that cut through the noise. A brand without clarity gets ignored. A brand without courage gets forgotten.
If you're doing something meaningful, I’d love to help your brand rise to the level it deserves. Let’s build something real.

He arrived in New York City in 1999 as a refugee from Kosovo with a few hundred $$ in his pocket. His first job was coaching at in East Hampton. Even though he didn’t know many people in his new home his ability to connect and help people, fairly quickly allowed Bini to build a reputation as one of the most sought out tennis coaches at the club. From East Hampton to Stamford, and ultimately New York City he continued helping people become better tennis players.
Podcast
When New York City decided to enter the lockdown at the end of March 2020, the freedom and the ability to connect with people was limited. During that time Bini decided to start a podcast (Straight Handball Talk) with a mission to showcase the extraordinary bonding power of sports, especially the Olympic sport of team handball. His guests were a mix of legendary players who have achieved every imaginable success (Olympic, World, and European Champions) to amateur players and fans who are just as devoted to the sport. This podcast portrays how handball brings people together and keeps them together.
